Dario Allegedly Involved In 2007 Shaner Theft Case
John M. Dario, of 12008 Amber Ridge Circle, Germantown, MD, was charged by Lexington on December 13, 2007 with credit card fraud, credit card larceny, credit card forgery in connection with a theft from the pocketbook of Lexington, Virginia area resident Stephanie Shaner.

May 4, 2008 Lex. Stop In Gas Drive Video No. 2
On May 4, 2008 a $73.75 gas drive off occurred at the Lexington Stop In store. Police belief the bald headed man in the dark sport coat that you see coming into the store and then coming to the counter to pay for some items, may know the individual driving the truck who failed to pay for his gas. If you know anybody in the video or the man in the dark sports coat, please call Lex. Police investigator Mark Riley at 540-462-3705.

May 4, 2008 Lex. Stop-In Gas Drive Off
On May 4, 2008 the driver of a light colored Toyota or Ford 4 door pickup truck stopped for gas, but then drove off not paying the $73.75 tab. A bald-headed man in a sports jacket was seen speaking with what appeared to be the driver of the vehicle at about 1 a.m. during W&L alumni weekend.
