- EyeOnVirginia.com will do its very best to amend, repair or remove any objectionable submission submitted by a user based upon a common sense, community standard of decency and appropriateness.
- EyeonVirginia.com will delete any material submitted improperly or material/video submitted which, in any manner, attempts to skirt copyright law. Anyone submitting copyrighted material without the expressed consent of the material's owner will be permanently deleted from our database and our best attempt will be made to keep such individuals from submitting new items in the future.
